Meet Corinna

Hi, I’m Corinna. I’m in my 50’s and I believe that aging isn't about fixing or hiding—it’s about feeling radiant and empowered. I’ve started trading in the high-pressure life I’ve lived most of my life for one that’s more me—more fun and more radiant. Now there’s more outdoor adventure, hiking with my dogs, as much time as possible with my grand babies, participating within my community, and helping women look and feel their best, naturally.

I am a Certified Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method Teacher, a Harmonic Egg® Facilitator, and an Energy Practitioner. My goal is to use the tools in my “Radiance Toolbox” to help you navigate the changes that come with age with a sense of calm, openness, and renewed radiance.

My style is relaxed and real. I am not perfect and there’s no pressure here—just a welcoming space to take a deep breath, do something nurturing for yourself, and find your own natural path to radiance.

About My Approach

As a teacher of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, I see myself as someone teaching you a "tool for life". We use our own two hands, or not, and simple techniques to support how we look and feel, both inside and out.

This method isn't just about the surface; it’s a holistic ritual that blends traditional Eastern philosophies with a modern understanding of your facial anatomy and how your body responds to stress.

My approach is built on the belief that when we feel better on the inside, it naturally shows on the outside. To help you find your unique natural path to radiance, I draw from a "toolbox" of techniques, based on the 5 pillars of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, that we can adapt specifically for your needs.

Here’s a quick look at what’s in the Radiance Toolbox:

  • Facial Exercise: A workout for your face! We’ll tone and strengthen the muscles in your face and neck for a naturally lifted and firm look.

  • Facial Massage: This is about release. We’ll relax muscles and boost circulation to help reduce puffiness and tension, leaving your skin looking bright and refreshed.

  • Acupressure: We’ll work with specific points to balance your subtle energy (qi or prana), helping you feel a sense of deep calm and renewed vitality.

  • Relaxation: We’ll practice techniques to help soften stress patterns—like frowning or squinting—to reveal a more open and peaceful appearance.

  • Wellbeing: Because what happens on the inside truly does radiate outward. We’ll focus on nurturing your whole self so you can glow from the inside out.
